Thank you for booking your ticket(s) for the North of England Wedding Awards 2023.

As part of the evening you will be served a delicious 3 course meal as listed below. We require you to name each person in your party, their meal choice and any allergen information for this person.


Standard Menu

Starter – Yorkshire Pudding.
Served with a rich and velvety onion gravy.

Main Course – Yorkshire Chicken Saltimbocca.
Tender chicken wrapped in coppa, infused with aromatic sage. Accompanied by French style peas, cider braised fondant, and a luscious marsala jus.

Dessert – Classic Treacle tart.
Paired with caramelised orange and a dollop of rich clotted cream.

Vegan / Vegetarian Option

Starter – Vegetable Pakoras
Crispy and flavourful, served with coriander chutney, pink onions and fragrant curry leaves.

Main Course – Butternut Squash, Spinach and Chestnut Pithivier.
A flaky pastry filled with a delightful mix of butternut squash, spinach and chestnuts. Served with garlic braised greens and a luxurious truffle sauce.

Dessert – Chocolate Brownie
Moist and rich, complemented by a scoop of refreshing coconut ice cream.

We provide allergen information on the 14 major allergens. Please speak with your Event Manager and details of allergens in any of our dishes can be provided for your consideration.

At the event there will be an Allergen Folder located at all buffet stations or on the event catering floor to make you aware of all allergens contained in your chosen menu and help them make an informed decision.
